Jujutsu (from the Japanese 柔術 jūjutsu meaning "gentle/yielding/compliant art") is a Japanese martial art that utilizes an

opponent's own strength against him in self-defense.

Jujutsu is a learned skill or practice. It may take a student more than 20 years to mature as an expert of the art.

Jujutsu practitioners use every conceivable technique to win in combat.
